Privacy notice
Last updated: October 6, 2026. If I change this notice, I'll update this date.
What this site collects
Inquiry form. Your name, your email address, the topic you choose, your message, and, if you came from a calculator or model page, which one. I use this only to reply to your inquiry. The form is delivered through Formspark, and the message reaches me by email. If we don't start working together, I delete the inquiry after 24 months. If we do, it becomes part of the engagement records, which I keep as the engagement letter says.
Calculators. The free calculators run in your browser. Figures you type into them stay on your device unless you choose to send them to me, for example by sending an estimate through the form on a calculator page. A few calculators keep your last result in your browser tab (session storage) so the home-page calculator can show it. It is not sent to me and goes away when you close the tab.
Technical logs. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and browser details to serve pages and protect the site. I don't run advertising or analytics scripts, the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and I don't track you across other sites, so Do Not Track signals don't change anything.
What I don't do
- I don't sell your information, and I don't share it for advertising or give it to partners or other marketers.
- I don't keep inquiry records with client tax files. Client records are kept in separate systems under IRC §7216 and California Business and Professions Code §5063.3.
- Please don't send tax documents, Social Security numbers or account numbers through this site or by email. If we work together, use the secure client portal.
I only email you in reply to what you send me. If I ever start a mailing list, I'll update this notice first. It would be opt-in, about my services and publications, with my mailing address and a working unsubscribe link in every message.
Your choices
Email info@stillion-acctg.com to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have your inquiry deleted. If you're a California resident, these requests are also your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, to the extent it applies. I'll answer within 45 days.
